Established in 1987 by Mark Willis who, after having served a recognised apprenticeship as a Motor Vehicle Technician trained in London and Chiswick, as an Independent Automobile Consulting Engineer.

We are the only INDEPENDENT VEHICLE ASSESSORS to provide an 'ON-SITE REPORTING FACILITY', enabling our clients to receive our reports via computer/modem immediately, from the scene of inspection thus reducing time, delay and cost.

In addition, we also provide REMOTE VIDEO INSPECTIONS of vehicles throughout the UK.

As a result of our long standing relationship with H.P.I. Equifax we are also able to offer a full vehicle check facility which we feel will be of considerable use to Insurers handling third party claims and members of the public who wish to buy a Second Hand Car.

Mr Willis is a registered EXPERT WITNESS with the Society of Expert Witnesses. He regularly provides the legal profession and other related professions with his knowledge and can be called upon in the capacity of SINGLE and JOINT EXPERT. All reports are compliant with the current legislation relating to the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and subsequent changes.
